What is an FMO, and how does it support established agents?

An FMO is a Field Marketing Organization that provides carrier access, training, technology, and operational support. At our organization, we go further. We offer strategic guidance, local market insight, and consistent support designed to help experienced agents scale responsibly.

Will I remain independent as a 1099 agent?

Yes. You remain fully independent. Our role is to support your business, not control it. 

What products and carriers will I have access to?

Access varies by state and product line. Our Product Map allows you to view available programs by market and connect directly with the Regional Growth Manager who supports that area. 

How does Baldwin Health support growth for ACA and Medicare agents?
