Effective January 1, 2026, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is updating its commission structure to better align with industry standards and market conditions.
*Most commission rates remain unchanged.
*Exception: New-to-Blue HMO member commissions are reduced from 6% to 5.5%.
