Carriers have Certification release dates, deadlines for certification to maintain a book of business and hierarchy changes / release blackout periods. Carrier Request for release (typically referred to as “delayed release”) not processed by the start of the blackout period are held and processed as soon as blackout period ends.
FMOs and Agency across the industry also institute blackout periods to focus efforts on supporting agents during AEP.
Guided Solutions release blackout period begins 6/23/2025 and ends 1/2/2026. This provides us the ability to focus on supporting agents through their (Re)Certifications and prepared for AEP.
